We strive to dispatch all products as quickly as possible. Orders will be dispatched via our shipping partners DPD or GLS to addresses in ROI, NI and the UK.
Where products for ROI are ordered before 3pm - delivery is usually made the next working day, however, we CANNOT guarantee this. Email confirmation with a tracking number is usually emailed once the order is dispatched from our offices.
Delivery charges are as follows when under €60:

The courier company may contact you to arrange delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery information is provided and that your package can be received at your address. Should it occur that delivery be impossible and that the package is returned to us, the buyer will be subject to shipping fees for re-sending of goods. Please note that the courier company cannot leave deliveries with neighbours without authorisation from the customer.
Please also note that the shipping rates for excessively large items we sell may be weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound and will notify the customer where additional charges apply to shipping.
Should you wish to send an item to another country which is not listed - please contact us for a quote to ship your products.
Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, as new condition with your order sheet. Once Pharmadirect.ie receives the return goods, you will then be automatically refunded if your goods pass inspection. If the order was over €60 and the shipping was free - this will be deducted from the amount being refunded back to you in order to cover our shipping costs.
In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will replace your items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
