Shipping & Returns
**Island of Ireland (ROI & NI)**
We strive to dispatch all products as quickly as possible. Orders will be dispatched via our shipping partners DPD Ireland to addresses on the Island of Ireland (Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland).
Email confirmation with a tracking number is typically emailed once the order is dispatched from our offices.
Where products for the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland are ordered before 4pm - delivery is usually made the next working day, however, this CANNOT be guaranteed.
**United Kingdom (UK) Orders - 2021 Brexit Update**
Since January 1st 2021 orders for the UK are delivered within 3 - 5 working days using UPS. Once your order has been dispatched you should receive an email with your parcel tracking number.
Please note that the since the UK left the EU all orders are subject to additional customs checks and import fees. You may be asked to pay an import fee on the goods purchased from Pharmadirect.ie and your order may be kept until these fees are paid. We cannot be held responsible for non payment of import fees and in the event of the product being returned to us in the Republic of Ireland (ROI) a refund will be issued minus the import fees. In the event of your goods being destroyed by UPS we will not be issuing a refund and will not be held liable.
We use UPS for all International Orders outside of the Island of Ireland (ROI & NI). Delivery times & charges may vary depending on your country & location within that region. Please do not hesitate to email us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any specific queries in relation to International orders.
We are always trying to re-negotiate our delivery charges with courier providers & will try to offer the best prices possible to our customers.
Delivery charges for orders -
ROI €5.50 - When the order is under €60.00
UK / NI €15.00 - When the order is under €300.00
On the morning of your delivery a text message will be sent to you with an estimated delivery window during the day. The courier company may contact you by phone or email to arrange delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery information is provided and that your package can be received at the provided address.
Should it occur that delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, the buyer will be subject to shipping fees for re-delivery of the goods. Please note that the courier company cannot leave deliveries with neighbours without authorisation from the customer.
Please note that the shipping rates for excessively large items we sell may be weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound and will notify the customer where additional charges apply to shipping.
Should you wish to send an item to a country which is not listed - please contact us directly for a quote.
Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet. Once Pharmadirect.ie good are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria.
For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.50 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.
Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
If you need to return an item, please forward in original packaging to 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63, Ireland quoting your order number and name with your package. Once received, a member of our Customer Service Team will be in touch to confirm that a refund has been issued.
