Delivery & Collection

At Pharmadirect we are pleased to offer both delivery and click & collect services to our customers. You can find more detail on each service outlined below.

Delivery Fees & Timescales

*PLEASE NOTE: For orders placed before 3pm delivery is usually made the next working day, however, this cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Policy & Terms

We strive to dispatch all products as quickly as possible. Orders will be dispatched via our shipping partners DPD Ireland to addresses in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

On the morning of your delivery a text message will be sent to you with an estimated delivery window during the day. The courier company may contact you by phone or email to arrange delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery information is provided and that your package can be received at the provided address.

Should it occur that delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, the buyer will be subject to shipping fees for re-delivery of the goods. We strongly advise customers NOT to request that orders be left inside bins in delivery notes with orders. Please note that courier companies cannot leave deliveries with neighbours without authorisation from the customer. 

2021 Brexit Update
As of October 18th 2021 we no longer ship to the United Kingdom (excluding NI). Our management team will keep this decision under constant review and we apologise for any inconvenience caused to you at this time.

International Orders

We use UPS for all International orders outside of the Island of Ireland (ROI & NI). Delivery times & charges may vary depending on your country & location within that region. 

Important - 

• From September 1st 2024, all orders over €250 will have additional insurance added to them automatically which will be included in our shipping fee. Please note that any issues/non delivery with international orders must be reported within 30 days of dispatch by emailing hello@pharmadirect.ie to ensure that a claim/investiagation can be raised. 
• Please note that we do not have any option of changing delivery address once any international orders have left our warehouse. 

Bulky Items

Please note that the shipping rates for excessively large items we sell may be weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound and will notify the customer where additional charges apply to shipping. There may also be additional charges for some remote / non standard areas of delivery. A member of the team will email you should this be the case.  

We are always trying to re-negotiate our delivery charges for international orders with courier providers & will try to offer the best prices possible to our customers.

For our customers in the Killarney, Co. Kerry area, we are pleased to offer a FREE Click & Collect service.

Simply select Click & Collect when checking out. Once we've processed your order we will send you another email to let you know your order is ready to collect. Please note that this is usually the next working day and that orders are only prepared Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm by our online picking team.

Our store is open Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm, and Sundays & Bank Holidays from 11am-1pm.
