Erectile dysfunction, also known as impotence, is an inability to achieve or maintain an erection that is
firm enough to have sex. Erections depend on many different factors, including proper blood flow to the penis. Reduced blood flow to the penis may cause erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction can affect men differently. Some cannot achieve an erection. Others may achieve an erection, but not firm enough for having sex or they may lose the erection before or during sex. 

Sidena is a treatment for adult men with erectile dysfunction. It works by helping to relax the blood vessels in your penis, allowing blood to flow into your penis when you get sexually excited. Sidena will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated. 

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects although not everybody gets them. The side
effects reported in association with the use of Sidena are usually mild to moderate and of a short duration. For more information please consult the Sidena patient information leaflet here. 

How to use this product

• Take 1 tablet, as needed, approximately 1 hour before sexual activity. Sidena can start to work within 30 minutes of taking. 
• Swallow the tablet whole with water. Take with or without food, but Sidena may take longer to work after a heavy meal. 
• Do not take Sidena with grapefruit or grapefruit juice, because this can affect how the medicine works.
• Drinking alcohol can temporarily impair your ability to get an erection. To get the maximum benefit fromyour medicine, you are advised not to drink excessive amounts of alcohol before taking Sidena. 
• Do not take more than 1 tablet a day.

Active Ingredients

Sidena contains the active substance Sildenafil 50mg (as citrate). 

.The other ingredients are: calcium hydrogen, phosphate anhydrous, microcrystalline cellulose, copovidone, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium, stearate, saccharin sodium, indigo carmine aluminium lake (E132).

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
