Our Omega-3 Extra Strength contains 750 mg Omega-3. Omega 3 helps maintain the health of your heart¹, brain², eyes². It also contains the UK government recommended 10 μg of Vitamin D. Vitamin D supports the health of your bones³ and immune system⁴. These nutrients are obtained in one daily capsule.

¹ EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid).

² DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA.

³ Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function.

How to use this product

Take one Omega-3 Extra Strength Fish Oil capsule a day with a glass of cold water. Each blister pack features a helpful ‘days of the week’ guide to assist you in remembering to take your supplements according to the dosage. If you miss a day, don’t exceed the recommended dosage and move onto the next relevant day. You can start on any day of the week and then use any remaining tablets at the end of the guide.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
