The Neofollics Treatment for a Healthy Scalp works in multiple ways to improve and maintain scalp health. It consists of an Exfoliating Shampoo, Peeling Serum, and Nourishing Mask. The shampoo contains Climbazole and Piroctone Olamine, which effectively reduce itching, burning sensations, and scalp flaking. The Peeling Serum contains AHA & BHA, known for their gentle exfoliating properties, while the Nourishing Mask contains ingredients like Rosemary oil and horse chestnut extract, which effectively soothe and tone the skin. Together, this treatment comprises a broad spectrum of ingredients with anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, and anti-microbial properties to maintain a balanced scalp.

How to use this product

The package contains a combination of Scalp Therapy Peeling Serum, Scalp Therapy Exfoliating Shampoo & Scalp Therapy Nourishing Mask.

• Peeling: Apply to the scalp and massage. Leave for at least 5 minutes. The Peeling Serum is a pre-treatment and will ensure that the sebum build-up and dead skin cells are loosened.
  
• Scalp Therapy Exfoliating Shampoo: Apply a sufficient amount of the Exfoliating Shampoo to the scalp and massage it gently in wet hair. Leave in for 2-3 minutes and rinse. For the best results, use 3 to 4 times per week followed by Neofollics Scalp Therapy Hair Mask.
• Scalp Therapy Nourishing Mask: Apply a generous amount of Nourishing Mask to the scalp after shampooing the hair and massage it into the scalp. Leave the mask on and do not rinse.

Advice: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and rinse with water in case of contact. Keep out of reach of children.

For the best results, we recommend using the Scalp Therapy Peeling serum 1 to 2 times a week and Scalp Therapy Exfoliating Shampoo 3 to 4 times per week followed by Scalp Therapy Nourishing Mask.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
