Senokot contains Senna, a natural plant extract which works by stimulating the muscles in the bowel in a similar way to figs and prunes. Helping to bring gentle, predictable relief, Senokot works with your body, leaving you feeling much fresher and brighter again.

Senokot Syrup provides effective relief from constipation.

It is suitable for children from the age of 2 in a smaller dose.

The dose can also be easily managed. 

How to use this product

Adults and children over 12 years old: two 5ml spoonfuls of Senokot Syrup taken at night.

Children over 6 years old: one 5ml spoonfuls in the morning.

Children 6 years old and under: consult your doctor.

Active Ingredient: Each 5ml spoonful contains calcium sennosides equivalent to 7.5mg total sennosides (calculated as sennosides B) in a fruit flavoured base.Also contains: Methyl (E218) and propyl (E216), parahydroxybenzoates, potassium sorbate (E202) and malitol syrup (E965). Also contains small amounts of alcohol.

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
