It is recommended to help relieve pain and prevent re-injury. The arm sling is adjustable and can be used on both left and right arms. Application Remove the Mueller Arm Sling from the packaging Loosen the shoulder strap Place the elbow in the corner of the sling pouch Slide the shoulder strap over the head and rest it on the opposite shoulder Position the shoulder pad on top of the shoulder Adjust the strap so the arm rests in a comfortable, horizontal position To remove, simply slide the shoulder strap over the head

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
